The most popular social networks in India and the world are YouTube, Facebook Twitter, and WhatsApp.

Digital India campaign:

 The Digital India campaign is being run rapidly by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, with the goal of providing online government service, facilitating citizens electronically and empowering India digitally.  This includes connecting rural areas with high-speed Internet networks.

•             Digital India has three main components:

           Development of secure and stable digital infrastructure

          Distributing government services digitally, and Universal Digital Literacy.

         Rapidly Changing Consumer Behavior:

 In the last do years, the number of online shoppers has increased from 80 million to 90 million.  With the increase in online buyers, we expect the total value of e-retail to increase significantly by 2022.
