Farmers are protesting against the farm bill.

INDIAN AGRICULTURE ACT 2020, referred to as the farm bill 2020 are three acts that are initiated by the PARLIAMENT OF INDIA in September 2020. On 17th September it was passed in Lok Sabha (lower house) and 20th September in Rajya Sabha (upper house). As the government claims these acts will be very beneficial for many small farmers who are being forced to sell their crops for a cheaper price just to get rid of them and attract private investments too.

As now farmers can sell their crops to anywhere in the country wherever they want and to whom they want according to their will under THE FARMERS AGREEMENT ON PRICE ASSURANCE AND FARM SERVICES ACT, 2020. Also, there is a tax in APMC but under the new act selling outside APMC. There will be no tax of either the central or state and it will also break and vanish all the middlemen, who earlier used to half the profit of farmers.


But according to many intellectual’s these laws will give legal rights to private companies to exploit. The farmers more as many of the farmers are not that educated in our country and are not capable to fight the big firms in legal terms and meanwhile with the passage of time government mandis will pack up.

Farmers are protesting against the farm bill.


From, the past 5 months(9th August) farmers are protesting against the farm bill. In the beginning, they were protesting in the states of Punjab and Haryana. Later when the government didn’t pay much attention, they decided to march to Delhi. The number of borders, including the Kalindi Kunj Border, Singhu border, Jharoda Kalan border, Bahadurgarh border, Kundli border, Chilla border, Tikri Border, and Faridabad border, were blocked by protesters during the protests. On 29 November, the protesters announced that they would block five further points of entry into Delhi, namely Ghaziabad-Hapur, Rohtak, Sonipat, Jaipur, and Mathura. All these blockages have disrupted railway and traffic near Delhi. So far 11 rounds of table discussion have taken place between farmers and the government but no proper solution has been found.

The government stance is very clear that they are in no mood to withdraw the Acts. They are ready to know the opinions and willing to do the changes that are making farmers worry so much. After all of these government got reprimands and hatred from many farmers and their supporters.


This gave a chance to the antagonist to create violence and break the peace of the country. Farmers on 26Th January, Republic Day of India decided to hold a tractor march in Delhi and near its borders. Delhi police allowed the farmers to hold the march but gave them a road map (Hapur road-KGP Expressway) with certain conditions which was agreed by both ( Farmers and Police).

The crowd went violent and gathered near the Delhi Police Headquater at ITO.


All of a sudden the crowd went violent and gathered near the Delhi Police Headquater at ITO. This led to a clash between police personnel and farmers, some on foot and some on tractors with weapons in their hands. Being outnumbered police were forced to use tear gas and were given permission to “Lathi charge” on the violent Crowd.
Both sides had a discussion near old PHQ, but farmers were fully determined to go to Red fort, though police wanted them to stay put. This uplifted the situation and amid the clash, a few farmers were seen driving recklessly, and policemen and farmers scrambled of the way.


All of this situation led to the act of repulsion which provoked many farmers to do mischief and sabotage at Red Fort. Even in one video, it was seen that the Sikh flag was being hosted in Red fort by some goons.
Around 300 barricades, 17 government vehicles, more than 400 police personnel, and many protesters are injured. Even one protester died when a tractor overturned. About 44 FIR’s have been filled and 122 people have been arrested. FIR’s have been registered under the IPC section, attempt to murder, and many others.
Still, Police are trying to identify furthermore people who are responsible for the violence on Republic day.


A few days back, Greta Thunberg who is an environmental activist by mistakenly tweeted a DOC file in her Twitter account named TOOLKIT, in which each and every incident was predefined. How and when all the incidents will take place. Even many famous foreign personalities named Amanda Cerny, Rihanna also tweeted in support of this protest. Now let’s see what government will do in order to optimize the situation and take proper steps ahead in everyone’s interest.

PM Modi says that now a days some paid peoples started involving themselves in every protest.

Modi says that there are some people born in this country just to protest, no matter what the protest is. This group of people involves in a student protest, lawyers protest, farmers protest to just inflame the protest without knowing even 1% about the whole protest. PM Modi named such groups “Andolan Jivi”. (Andolan Jivi means the people who can`t survive if they do not involves in Andolan)

What are the reasons for doing this?

  • The very first reason is “Publicity“. Yes, some people do this activity to just get attention from the public and after that, they start their political journey. There are many people who planted their political tree on the land of protest.
  • “Money” is the second main reason for performing such activity. Peoples get paid for participating and inflaming the protest by some other political parties.
  • Without knowing the fact some people participate to just support their favorite political parties.

In this speech, PM stated that such Andolan Jivi groups misguide the normal people, and the innocent people got misguided by them. PM requested to the citizens to not get misguided by them and to identify such groups who reached everywhere and push their ideology towards the innocent people.

According to PM what is the “New FDI”?

PM mentioned some “New FDI” in his speech in Rajya Sabha. Indirectly PM indicated the celebrities of other countries as “New FDI” who are posting the things on social media to just inflame the protest with no sense. In this speech PM said that the meaning of “New FDI” is “Foreign Destructive Ideology”. We have seen that nowadays foreign celebrities are taking more interest in India`s internal matter.

What is the reason behind the celebrities of other counties taking more interest in India`s internal matter?

These celebrities want nothing but just their fan following. They thought that doing this will make them more popular in the world or it will increase their followers on social media. Accept this, some of them are doing this to ruin the image of India in the world. Similarly, If you can Gretta tried to ruin the image by continues posting about Farmers Protest, but by mistake, she also uploaded the tool kit in which it is already mentioned what is going to happen in India on 26th Jan, which indicates that this was pre-planned by some organization.

The government asks Twitter to remove those 1178 accounts which are promoting Farmers Protest from Khalistan or Pakistan because these countries only want to inflame the protest. Such people don`t really want to help our farmers. They are spreading hate from their posts. With this PM also appeals to the citizens to ignore such negative posts spreading by the peoples of other counties.

PM Modi appealed to the farmers to end the agitation, the government will remove the lacunae of the farm bill. The government is making the market better for the farmer so they can earn more with their productivity. He also said that farmers no need to be worried about MSP, it will be there forever. He said that the opposition is only promoting their false agenda by sending these Andolan Jivi, before the bill they were saying to improve the market for farmers and after the bill, they are creating the false image of this bill for their personal benefits.

बड़ी खबर आपको बताते हैं उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले के पास  जोशी मठ में  ग्लेशियर  टूटा, ग्लेशियर टूटने से बाद भारी तबयाई  हुई है| कई गांव को नुकसान पहुंचा है और बताते हैं आपको कि पावर प्रोजेक्ट जोकि चमोली में बन रहा था  उसको भी भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है प्रशासन की टीम मौके पर रवाना हुई है|

 आसपास के गांव को काफी नुकसान पहुंचा है और ग्लेशियर टूटने से पहाड़ों को चीरते हुए पानी की धार आगे पहुंच गई है| प्रशासन ने एलर्ट जारी कर दिया है लेकिन ग्लेशियर टूटने से काफी नुकसान हो चुका है|

बाढ़ की चपेट में आने वाले स्थानों में जोशीमठ, रिनी, नंदा देवी राष्ट्रीय उद्यान, तपोवन विष्णुगढ़ जलविद्युत संयंत्र और श्रीधर प्रमुख हैं।

गलेशियर टूटने से धौली गंगा नदी में बाढ़ आ गई है इसे चमोली से हरिद्वार तक खतरा बढ़ गया है| सूचना मिलते ही प्रशासन की टीम मौके के लिए रवाना हो गई थी, और आपको बता दें कि इस दर्दनाक हादसे में 100 से ज्यादा लोगों की बहने की आकांक्षा है| अभी तक कोई आंकड़ा सामने नहीं आया है, और पुलिस ने लाउडस्पीकर से अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है और बताया जा रहा है कि नदी के किनारे लोग मकान खाली करने में जुटे हैं , बताया जा रहा है कि पहाड़ी से एकगलेशियर का टुकड़ा  टूटकर इस डैम पर गिरा और इस से डैम का हिंसा टूट गया और पानी का बहाव तेजी से अलकनंदा नदी में जाने लगा और बताया जा रहा है की ऋषिकेश और हरिद्वार में 6-7 घंटे के भीतर पहुंचने का अनुमान लगया जा रहा है  और तपोवन में बना डैम पूरी तहर से टूट चूका है चमोली से हरिद्वार तक खतरा बढ़ने के अलर्ट जारी कर दिए गए हैं गंगा नदी से राफ्टिंग करने वाले  यात्रियों को हटा दिया जा गया है|

बताया जा रहा है कि करीब सुबह 11:00 बजे मैं यह घटना हुई है और ग्लेशियर टूटने के बाद ऋषि गंगा प्रोजेक्ट को काफी नुकसान हुआ है| बताया जा रहा है कि मलबे में बड़े BRO का पुल टूट चुका है अलकनंदा का भाव बहुत तेज है और जो लोग शिवपुरी से पहाड़ों की तरफ जा रहे थे उनेह  रोक दिया गया है, और किसी भी व्यक्ति को ऋषिकेश से ऊपर नहीं जाने दिया जा रहा है अलकनंदा नदी के किनारे बसे शहर को खतरा है|

आपको बता दें सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान ऋषि गंगा पावर प्रोजेक्ट पर पड़ा है जो 11 मेगावाट पावर का  प्रोजेक्ट था जो कि आज सुबह ग्लेशियर टूटने की वजह से टूट चुका है| और बताया जा रहा है कि काफी लोग फंसे हैं और काफी लोग का अता पता नहीं चल पा रहा है लेकिन यह प्रोजेक्ट नंदा देवी के कोर जोन से बाहर बफर जोन में था और काफी विवाद था यहां पर यह प्रोजेक्ट नहीं बनना चाहिए |

इससे पहले एक प्रोजेक्ट बन रहा था और उस पर आधा काम होने के बाद प्रोजेक्ट बंद कर दिया गया और दोबारा यह प्रोजेक्ट चालू हुआ और आपको बता दें कि रेणी गावं जो गोरा देवी का गावं था वहां से कुछ ही दूरी पर था और वहां काफी समय से लोग इस प्रोजेक्ट पर आंदोलन कर रहे थे कि यह प्रोजेक्ट वहा नहीं होना चाहिए लेकिन यह पावर प्रोजेक्ट वहां काम कर रहा था और आज सुबह यह दुर्घटना हुई पानी का तेज भाव आने से  ऋषि गंगा प्रोजेक्ट तबाह हो गया|

यह कहा जा रहा है नंदा देवी के आसपास ग्लेशियर में हिमसाद आया और पानी का बहाव उस से  तेज हो गया और वह याद दिला रहा है 2013 की घटना केदारनाथ में हुई आपदा में  काफी नुकसान हुआ था| लेकिन इस हादसे से इतनी तबई  नहीं हुई पर कुछ कुछ चीजें उसी दिशा में हुई है और आपको बता दें कि इसके आसपास के गांव को नुकसान तो कम ही पहुंचा है लेकिन जो खेत  नदी के किनारे थे उनमें मलवा की घुस गया है|

आवश्यक सूचना

आम जन मानस को सूचित किया जाता है कि तपोवन रेणी  क्षेत्र में ग्लेशियर आने के कारण इसेऋषि गंगा प्रोजेक्ट को काफी क्षति पहुंची है जिससे नदी का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है, जिस कारण अलकनंदा नदी के किनारे रह रहे लोगों से अपील है जल्दी से जल्दी सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से सुरक्षित स्थानों पर चले जाएं शाम 4:00 बजे तक नगर में जलस्तर 553 मीटर तक बढ़ सकता है| वही रात 8:00 बजे तक याद जलस्तर नगर में 340 मीटर और हरिद्वार में रात 9:00 बजे तक यह 294 मीटर तक बढ़ सकता है बीबीसी आवश्यक सूचना अगर आप प्रभावित क्षेत्र में फंसे हैं|

The Manoj Bajayee-starrer action thriller “The Family Man” release date is sadly delayed and we will have to wait till the “summer” to watch the second season of the family man.

Why The Family Man Season 2 was postponed?

Well, we cannot be sure of the exact reason behind the delay but if we are to believe the gossips, then the recent controversies around the Amazon Prime video show like Tandav and Mirzapur are the reason. 

Amazon Prime India was dragged into controversy after multiple complaints were registered against its shows such as Tandav and Mirzapur for allegedly hurting the sentiments of the Hindu religion. Though the Family Man 2 doesn’t seem to be capable of hurting anyone’s sentiments. The creators and the team at Amazon Prime India would understandably want to be on the safer side of the equation and sit out the current heated scenario.

The First Season of the Family man was premiered in September 2019 and was instantly praised by both the viewers and the critics alike. It followed the story of an Indian Government’s intelligence officer Srikant Tiwari played by Manoj Bajpayee. The Family Man 2 will see Srikant Tiwari saving the country from a potential terrorist attack, at the same time salvaging his married life.

Arsenic contamination is one of the biggest issue Indian people are facing in drinking water. Central Groundwater Board published a report which states that 21 states in our country are facing this issue and have arsenic levels higher than normal.
The first case of contamination of Arsenic in groundwater was observed in 1983 in West Bengal. After that several other states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh of Ganga River basin, and Assam and Manipur of Brahmaputra basin have also registered the case of arsenic pollution in their groundwater.

The situation is getting worse with every passing day according to a survey by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, which implies that about 9.6 m people in West Bengal, 1.6 m in Assam, 1.2 m in Bihar, 0.5 m in Uttar Pradesh, and 0.012m in Jharkhand are at the risk of danger. World Health Organization has given the guideline that the permissible limit of arsenic in drinking water is 10 parts per billion while the Indian government recorded it to be 50ppb which is five times higher, hand pumps of Buxar (a district in Bihar) found to have the highest arsenic contamination of 1500 parts per billion.


However, the main highlight of this whole propaganda is to let you all know that the contamination of groundwater has entered the food chain. The reason behind the penetration of arsenic in our food is that farmers use the contaminated water for irrigation purposes and coincidentally Ganga and Brahmaputra plains are the ideal surface for agriculture of various fields and horticultural crops such as rice, wheat, maize, etc. But what actually grown is crops containing hazardous arsenic.

Talking about the health issue caused by this whole scenario is that, Arsenic has been found to be leading to various forms of cancer in India. Specifically skin cancer and cancer of lungs, kidney, and bladder. Several common symptoms like keratosis and pigmentation, which cause hardening of the skin of the palm and soles of feet. It also leads to few other diseases like vascular diseases and respiratory diseases.

Our government is only showing interest in drinking water for the checkup of arsenic contamination. Each hand pumps and tubewell have been tested and marked as safe or unsafe considering the level of arsenic present in water. But this is not enough as the water used for agricultural means has been observed as a major loophole in the surrounding. To solve this issue up to maximum extent government must conduct a closure study towards the water used for agriculture as well, which will prevent it from entering our food chain.

Apart from that, it is our responsibility as well to keep an eye on these and be wise enough to save ourselves and our surroundings from any unusual health impact. Ignoring this can be a reason to destroy the environment with this poison.
