Airtel has once again overtaken Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea. Airtel has become the number one company behind these two companies. According to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Jio continues to lead the telecommunications sector with the largest wireless customer base in the country. According to data provided by TRAI, Jio’s total wireless subscriber base in January stood at 410.73 million, or more than 41 crores. Airtel, on the other hand, has grown to 344.60 million wireless subscribers. In January, Jio’s market share fell to 35.30 percent. It was 35.43 percent in December. Airtel, meanwhile, improved its market share to 29.62 percent from 29.36 percent in December 2020.
