Adar Poonawala, who arrived in Britain with his wife and children, said- left the country after pressure from some of the most powerful people over vaccine

CEO of Serum Institute of India, Adar Poonwala has moved to the UK, including his wife and children. In an interview with a UK newspaper, he said that some of the most powerful people in India spoke fiercely to him about the vaccine supply. Due to this pressure, he has come to Britain.

Amid the second devastating wave of the Coronavirus epidemic in the country of London, Pune-based Serum Institute of India (SII) CEO Adar Poonawalla spoke of the pressure on him to increase the supply of Covid-19 vaccine. He said that all the burden is falling on his head while this work is not under his control alone. Poonawala has been given ‘Y’ category security this week by the Government of India.

Serum Institute of India (SII)

According to the Indian government officials, Poonawala was given protection in view of the possible dangers. Central Reserve Police Force personnel will be under his protection anywhere in the country. These will have 4-5 commands.

Poonawala told the newspaper, “I am staying here (London) more than the scheduled time because I don’t want to go back to that position.” Everything has fallen on my shoulders, but I can’t do it alone. I don’t want to be in a situation where you’re just trying to do your job, and just because you meet everyone’s needs Can not, you cannot guess what they will do in return.

The CEO of Serum Institute said, ‘The level of expectation and furiousness of the people is truly unprecedented. This is too much. Everyone thinks they should get the vaccine. They cannot understand why someone else should get it before them. ‘ He indicated in the interview that his London trip was also linked to business plans to increase vaccine manufacturing outside India and that London might be among his choices.

Coronavirus: Central government bans industrial use in view of increasing demand for oxygen

The Center on Sunday restricted the supply of oxygen for industrial purposes except for nine specific industries to supply oxygen to Covid-19 patients. This decision will be effective from April 22. In a letter sent to all the states, Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla said that in view of the rapid increase in the cases of Covid-19 and due to the increasing demand for medical oxygen, a high-powered committee constituted by the Central Government, supplied oxygen for industrial use. Corona’s Kumbh in Uttarakhand now: Clashes with each other as the saints spread the infection; 17 saints of Niranjani Arena leaving Kumbh were infected, 200 reports are yet to come

In the midst of the Mahakumbh of Faith in Uttarakhand, now the Kumbh of Corona has also started. Alam is that now the saints of the arena have clashed with each other to spread the infection in Kumbh. Accusing each other of spreading corona. The Bairagi Akhara alleged that the transition to Kumbh spread from the Sanyasi Akhara.

The Bairagi Akhara

Mahant Rajendra Das, president of the Nirmohi Akhara, has blamed Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri for the cases of increasing infection in Kumbh. The time of Kumbh Mela in Haridwar is till 30 April. Due to Corona, this year Kumbh Mela was started from April 1 instead of January.

So far, more than 50 monks have been infected, 200 reports are yet to come in view of the increasing cases of the corona, Niranjani Akhara had announced to end the Kumbh Mela 15 days in advance. Now the corona report of 17 saints and saints of this arena has come positive. The secretary of the arena, Ravindra Puri, has himself been found infected. The test report of more than 200 monks and saints of many other akharas is yet to come. More than 50 saints have been infected so far. Mahamandaleshwar Kapil Devdas (65) of All India Panch Nirvani Akhara has also died.

The speed of corona in Uttarakhand has been increased by 8814%. To understand this growth rate, first look at some figures. From February 14 to February 28, only 172 people were found infected in Uttarakhand. Then between April 1 and 15, 15,333 people were hit by Corona. The growth rate between 14 February and 14 April comes to 8814%.

The worsening situation can also be gauged from the number of patients who get here every day. Until February, only 30 to 60 people were found infected every day here. Now, this number has increased from 2,000 to 2,500. If you look at the figures, then it seems that this is just the beginning. Conditions may become even more frightening in the coming days.

Questions were being raised on the mobilization of millions of people, questions are also being raised on the continuation of the Kumbh Mela in the country amid the fast-growing cases of Corona. On Thursday, 2 lakh new cases of the corona were reported in the country. This is the largest single-day figure since the epidemic began. On the other hand, there is a crowd of millions in Kumbh. 14 lakh people attended Wednesday’s royal bath.

The photo is of the Kumbh Mela in Haridwar.

The mob started decreasing from Kumbh, the withdrawal of the police force. Due to this, the withdrawal of the force deployed in Haridwar from different districts has also started. DGP Ashok Kumar said that the main bath of Kumbh has ended on Wednesday. For this reason, the force is no longer needed here. Sending the force back to its original deployment. Until 30 April, half the force, including the central forces, will remain in Haridwar.
